瀝青油毛氈常溫工法
材料檢測與辨識重點：

  1. 底油：瀝清膠油、針入度 25-40 度,比重小於 1，加熱後殘留在 35％以上。
  2. 瀝青品質查核：查核軟化點、針入度、蒸發量、引火點、脆化點、垂長。
  3. 油毛氈：符合 CNS10410 A2158 之標準。
  4. 不透水性試驗：檢測石油瀝青油毛氈及防水卷材的不透水性。
